Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order or using any part of the Aromiq™ website. By accessing our site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
1. About Aromiq™
Aromiq™ is a luxury laundry pod brand selling hyper-scented, fine fragrance-inspired cleaning products. All orders are processed and fulfilled by Aromiq™ and its fulfilment partners. References to "we," "us," or "our" throughout these Terms refer to Aromiq™.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from purchasing our products under applicable law. Our products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, fragrance notes, imagery, and specifications are accurate at the time of publication. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update product information at any time without prior notice.
Colours, packaging, and pod appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to screen settings and manufacturing batches. These variations do not constitute a defect.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and any additional payment methods shown at checkout.
In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Orders & Contract
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product description.
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within the timeframes stated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Aromiq™ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. We cannot be held liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
7. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every Aromiq™ product. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at aromiqhyperscented@fkcollectionsupport.com.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns on opened or partially used products unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. In the event of a damaged or defective product, please contact us with photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is being returned due to our error or a product defect.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
8. Subscriptions
If you choose to subscribe to an Aromiq™ product, your subscription will renew automatically at the frequency selected at checkout. You will be charged the subscription price at the time of each renewal using the payment method on file.
You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at aromiqhyperscented@fkcollectionsupport.com. Cancellations made before the next scheduled billing date will take effect immediately. We do not offer refunds for subscription charges already processed.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Aromiq™ website - including but not limited to the Aromiq™ name, logo, product names, fragrance descriptions, copy, photography, and design - is the exclusive property of Aromiq™ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
10. Fragrance Disclaimer
Aromiq™ products are inspired by the olfactory profiles of well-known fine fragrances. We do not claim any affiliation, endorsement, or association with any third-party fragrance house or brand. All scent descriptions are original and written by Aromiq™.
Fragrance is subjective and individual experience may vary based on skin chemistry, fabric type, wash temperature, and personal perception. We do not guarantee that any specific scent profile will be experienced identically by all users.
If you have known fragrance sensitivities, allergies, or skin conditions, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use. Always follow product usage instructions on packaging.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aromiq™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to property.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Privacy & Data
Your use of the Aromiq™ website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Aromiq™ products and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the territory where Aromiq™ is registered and operates.
