Shipping is free on orders of $35 or more, which is any 2 bags. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout, and you'll see every option and its price before you pay.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). The estimated delivery time for each shipping option is shown at checkout, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

If you catch it fast, yes. Email us at contact@aromiqhyperscented.com right away with your order number and the correct address. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships, though we can't guarantee changes once it's entered fulfillment.

Email contact@aromiqhyperscented.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos, if something arrived damaged). We'll open a carrier investigation and make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Email contact@aromiqhyperscented.com to request a return. Once approved, we'll send you a shipping label and instructions. Please don't send anything back before requesting a return, as items sent without one can't be accepted.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days pass with no sign of it, email us and we'll look into it.

We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order for the scent you'd like instead.
