Our scents are inspired by the world's most iconic fragrance profiles. We don't use any designer names or trademarked scent descriptions - but if you know your fragrance, you'll recognise the DNA immediately.

No. Our fragrance molecules are specifically chosen for their ability to bind to fabric during the wash cycle rather than rinse away with it. Heat actually helps fix the scent deeper into the fibre.

Place one pod directly into the drum of your washing machine before adding your laundry. Do not put it in the detergent drawer - it needs direct contact with fabric to dissolve correctly. Load your laundry on top and wash as normal.

One pod is designed for a standard full load. For an exceptionally large load or heavily soiled items, two pods may be used.

Yes. Aromiq™ pods work in all front-loading and top-loading machines at all temperatures. They dissolve completely in both hot and cold water cycles.

Yes. Our formula is suitable for all fabric types including cotton, linen, silk, cashmere, and synthetic blends. For very delicate or dry-clean-only items, always check the garment care label first.

Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Orders can be amended or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After this window the order enters fulfilment and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at aromiqhyperscented@fkcollectionsupport.com if you need to make a change.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Due to the nature of the product, opened bags cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

We stand behind every pod we make. If the scent isn't right for you, contact us and we will work with you to find the right one from our range or arrange a resolution. We want every customer to find their signature scent.

Our pods are manufactured to the highest standards using responsibly sourced ingredients and perfume-grade fragrance molecules.

Our formula contains no phosphates, phthalates, or unnecessary dyes. Our pods are concentrated - meaning fewer pods per wash and less packaging per clean than standard detergents. We are actively working toward fully sustainable packaging across the range.
